Trade marks are symbols (designs) and
or words that identify your products, services and
sometimes business. For example the well-known
design symbol is the M in McDonald’s and words such
as Windows owned by Microsoft or WordPerfect owned
by Corel. A trade mark is the best protection one
can have for a name or design of a business.
